Maintaining a Healthy Body
|
To help maintain and promote the human
immune system's strength, increase energy levels and resistance,
consider the following suggestions:
- Drink ESSIAC® as suggested by your healthcare practitioner, pharmacy or health/nutrition centre.
- Add
to your daily nutrition plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds,
and a variety of grains.
- Add a good multi vitamin to your daily regime.

- Avoid hydrogenated fats, processed foods, food additives, preservatives, artificial colour and flavour.
- Drink
6 glasses of bottled, spring or filtered water daily to help purge
toxic matter and waste from the body.
- Avoid over exhaustion, stress and fatigue.

- Exercise at least 15 minutes each day.
- Practice relaxation techniques such as meditation, yoga, or tai chi.
