Shipping & Returns
We offer shipping to all countries in the world. Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order within 24 hours, you will be contacted by email or phone and alternative arrangements can be made, at your request. Please note that an order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.
Unless otherwise specified, Canadian Health Products Int'l Inc. uses Canada Post, including their international partner EMS, for all shipments. We will gladly accept and accommodate special shipping requests if an order is urgent. Please let us know your requirements as we can use FedEx and Xpresspost in order to meet your shipping needs. The shipping costs will be adjusted on a case by case basis, to reflect the increase in shipping expense.
All return requests must be received by email or by telephone. Please note that returns are not permissible after 15 days from the date of receiving the products. Refunds will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling is not refundable.
Returned products must be in original packaging and in mint condition. It is recommended that products being returned are insured using a traceable shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit. We are not responsible for shipping charges incurred to ship the products to Canadian Health Products Int'l Inc.
A refund will not be granted if a parcel is returned to Canadian Health Products Int'l Inc. due to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser or due to the parcel being unclaimed or refused by the recipient.
