Bridge of Hope
One of the most intriguing stories in the natural health field is that of Nurse Rene M. Caisse’s. In the early years, doctors sent and recommended thousands of patients to Rene Caisse’s clinic in Bracebridge, Ontario, Canada. The vast majority of Nurse Caisse's patients were brought to her for treatment after surgery when radiation and X-rays had failed to be helpful.
Rene Caisse received no financial compensation in the years she gave ESSIAC® to her patients. To her, helping others regardless of the personal cost incurred was more important than the financial gain.
For over 55 years, Rene Caisse stood her ground against the medical establishment. Instead of the medical establishment supporting her work, they were out to have her arrested for refusing to reveal her formula.
There is a saying, that those who do not know history are bound to repeat it. The ESSIAC® story is an instructive parable. Demers’ book is one we should all read.
